Location: Fort Worth, Texas ( Hybrid must report to office every Wednesday and Thursday)
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Owner with strong Business Analysis skills to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the champion for a specific product within the financial services industry. You will bridge the gap between business needs and development, ensuring the product delivers exceptional value to customers.
Responsibilities:
Partner with key stakeholders across the financial services industry, including business leaders, product managers, and product owners.
Leverage your Business Analysis expertise to gather requirements, analyze data, and define product vision, roadmap, and user stories, adhering to all relevant financial regulations.
Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value, and customer impact, and defining an MVP approach to ensure efficient development and validation of core functionalities.
Work closely with the product management team to ensure alignment
Work closely with the development team to ensure clear communication of user stories, acceptance criteria, and product vision.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, engineering) to ensure a seamless product launch and ongoing success.
Monitor product performance through data analysis and user feedback, driving continuous improvement through iterative development cycles.
Create Documentation for the integration
Be a self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems independently, and drives results.
Champion an agile mindset, embracing change and adapting to evolving market needs.
Must have experience in integrating financial products with third-party systems, particularly Open Anywhere and Jack Henry solutions.
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 years of experience in product management or a related field, with a proven track record of success in the financial services industry.
Must have SAFe experience.
Working experience with Financial products
Digital Banking experience.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their application in a product development lifecycle.
In-depth Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, data analysis, and user experience (UX) design principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders across different levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence)
