LERMA/ is seeking a solution-oriented Paid Social Planner to help maximize Meta, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and TikTok ad strategies and campaigns for our partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist in training and mentoring paid social associates • Oversee and QA campaign builds, trafficking, and reporting deliverables • Work with Associate Director to build tactical recommendations for paid social campaigns that align with client objectives and KPIs • Spearhead optimization opportunities within existing campaigns • Own the internal billing process and actualize invoices on an ongoing basis
REQUIREMENTS: • 1-3+ years of experience developing paid social campaigns within an agency environment (Meta Business Suite certifications preferred) • Strong knowledge of Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok ad management platforms • Strong writing and editing skills, particularly as it relates to client plans and presentations • Highly detail-oriented with an ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret large quantities of data
