Exciting New Opportunity! AI Startup Looking for Assistant to the CEO at TackleAI
The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide support to the CEO in a variety of ways ranging from admin work, coordinating meeting times, diligent note-taking during all meetings, etc. The Executive Assistant will generally communicate with both the internal team and external clients, as well as generally sit in on the majority of conversations and calls the CEO takes in a day. Travel is also required for this role, the amount of travel can vary from a handful of times per month to once every few months. Coordinating accommodations for business trips is required in this role, i.e., flights, hotels, etc. This individual is privy to vastly more information than anyone else in the company and must have discretion with such information.
Responsibilities:
coordinating internal and external meetings
flagging important emails
daily reminders of tasks the CEO must perform
stocking the CEO's office with preferred items
taking diligent notes of all calls and meetings
transcribing notes into official meeting minutes submitted to the CEO for approval
travel, oftentimes with not a lot of notice prior to
communicating with Tackle's Board of Directors.
handling documents such as NDAs, SOWs, etc. through DocuSign for signatures
filing and organizing these documents in a central location
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Communication skills, written/verbal
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Keep information confidential
