We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Industrial Project Controls Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Controls Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project planning, scheduling, cost control, and performance monitoring for industrial projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, including resource planning and allocation
- Track project progress and performance metrics, and provide regular updates to project teams
- Monitor project costs, analyze budget variances, and identify areas for cost savings
- Implement project control tools and systems to streamline project management processes
- Collaborate with project managers to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project milestones are met
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Continuously improve project control processes and systems to optimize project efficiency and performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience in project controls, scheduling, and cost management for industrial projects
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- PMP certification is a plus
