Manage projects involving operational efficiency for the Investment Operations organization
Utilize knowledge of Investment Management Accounting & Operations processes and tools in order to identify best practices and encourage change adoption
Gather requirements, documentation, and develop use cases
Document process workflows and diagrams
Execute all aspects of projects assigned
Develop training plan and user acceptance
Advise and present to senior executive level stakeholders on a regular basis
Requirements:
6+ years of experience managing large scale projects for the Investment Operations, Accounting, or Technology group within an Alternative Asset Manager
Experience with process and technology integrations
Domain knowledge of Private Credit, Real Estate, and/or Private Equity
Proven ability to understand upstream and downstream impacts of technological and process changes
Highly detail oriented, concise, and thorough
Excellent written and oral communication with both Business Stakeholders and Technical Teams
