Our client, a leader in gas safety systems, is seeking a skilled Office Manager to oversee and enhance the day-to-day office operations and provide exceptional administrative support at our Minneapolis office. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in managing office functions, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the office, including the management of office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility services.
Ensure the office environment is organized, efficient, and professional, supporting the productivity of all employees.
Coordinate office layout and space management to accommodate current and future organizational needs.
Coordinate and facilitate company meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring smooth execution and logistical support.
Act as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and support.
Liaise with IT support for office technology needs and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Maintain and manage relationships with office vendors and service providers, ensuring high-quality service and cost efficiency.
Maintain accurate office records, including contracts, agreements, and personnel files.
Oversee document management, including filing, archiving, and retrieval systems.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role, with a strong focus on office operations and administrative support.
