Hurtado Barbecue is one of the fastest growing restaurants in north Texas, having started as a pop-up barbecue concept in 2018, we opened a food trailer in 2019, and have now expanded to multiple brick-and-mortar locations across DFW. We're the official barbecue partner of the Texas Rangers and have other strategic partnerships that allow us to cook barbecue in some of the most beautiful parts of the country.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Hurtado Barbecue in Arlington, TX. The COO will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company. This includes creating and implementing business strategies, managing financial operations, budgeting, and ensuring operational efficiency. The COO will also be responsible for managing and leading a team, analyzing business data, and making data-driven decisions to drive growth and success.

Experience in the food industry or restaurant management is a huge plus
