Major responsibilities
Manage high volume of incoming calls and emails
Identify, assess and fulfill customers' needs by building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with customer base.
Provide assistance to customers and potential customers who come to the sales counter for information.
Provides support to assigned Field Sales Representative
The ideal Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education.
Other requirements for the Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative position include and are not limited to:
1+ years or customer service experience
Intermediate MS Office skills
Ability to work independently as well as being a team member
Strong oral and written communication skills are required along with the ability to effectively interface with external contacts
