Around 8-15 years in a high level Executive Assistant role supporting Executive / C-Level Leadership
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF, and Electronic Document management systems
Familiar with Google platform
Responsibilities
Our client is looking for candidates who obtain experience with the follow duties: • Provides Executive Assistant support to the Executive Director • May support various Directors on a limited basis • Oversees and maintains corporate contracts and electronic document management system • Manages, edits (Word/pdf), and coordinates execution of internal and external administrative contracts • Typing/copying/distribution of various correspondence • Maintains filing systems • Travel arrangements; conferences/seminar registrations and confirmations • Organizes Executive and Corporate calendars; schedules meetings and facilitates meeting arrangements • Will be responsible for creating meeting decks from scratch via PowerPoint and will assist in presenting them • Invoice and expense processing • Interfaces with outside legal counsel and maintains routine lists • Legal assistant support as necessary • Provides support to complete and / or coordinate insurance application renewals
