Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Operations at Hurtado Barbecue in Arlington, TX. The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team, analyzing operational data, budgeting, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires multi-unit restaurant experience, including overseeing our commissary kitchen operations.
