Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Logistics Administrator to support our supply chain operations by coordinating deliveries and managing shipping documentation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal teams across Clinical, Manufacturing, and Quality functions, as well as external partners, to coordinate inbound and outbound logistics.

- Liaise with transportation carriers, Customs Brokers, and importers to facilitate logistics activities.

- Ensure timely and complete delivery of products to designated locations by documenting and monitoring shipment schedules.

- Research and understand import/export requirements specific to various countries and transport routes.

- Coordinate and review documentation across third-party shipping sites, Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), depots, and other relevant parties.

- Maintain compliance with record-keeping standards for all transport activities.

- Monitor critical shipments at every stage of transportation and report incidents to Quality Assurance.

- Support the administration of the Transportation Management System (TMS) for Clinical Supplies.

- Review and process billing invoices related to logistics operations.

- Facilitate the application process for Import or Export permits when necessary.

- Stay updated on global regulatory changes impacting international trade compliance.

- Represent Supply Chain Logistics in cross-functional meetings.

- Provide stakeholders with shipping status visibility through regular reporting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline preferred.

- 1-2 years of experience in transportation logistics.

- Familiarity with Export and Import documentation requirements.

- Understanding of GxP principles related to transportation logistics.

- Certification in Dangerous Goods Shipping Hazmat Awareness desirable.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.

- Excellent multitasking abilities with a strong attention to detail.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Working Conditions:

- Primarily indoor office environment involving clerical work.

- Flexibility to work outside regular hours and weekends when overseeing critical shipments.
