Title: Project Manager (Production Business Technology)
Location: Agoura Hills, CA
Duration: 5 Months Contract (potential to go PERM eventually)
On Site in Agoura Hills, CA
Responsibilities:
The PBT Project Manager coordinates meetings, schedules, reporting and communication to project teams and ensures team members adhere to project deadlines. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for tracking project changes, updating schedules/project plans, and garnering agreements with Engineers and customers.
The PBT Project Manager will:
Gather all project information schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks and project meetings
Maintain document control, track project activities and team communications
Develop and review project status and reports; take notes during team strategy meetings
Create and publish communications to project team and stakeholders
Process daily, weekly and monthly reporting to ensure all schedules run smoothly, all tasks are completed as prescribed, and projects are completed in a timely manner
Work with Project Manager to maintain scope, schedules and workflows for projects assigned
Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or Economics or other relevant degree
3+ years of relevant work experience
Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
PMP not required, considered a plus
Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
