Job Description: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support various office functions in a small, dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, excellent multitasking abilities, and familiarity with ProfitKey software is a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform invoicing and manage accounts payables/receivables
Assist with month-end close processes
Place purchase orders and handle HR-related tasks
Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards
Provide staff training and support
Facilitate recruitment efforts
Support office staff with various administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a small organization
Manufacturing industry experience required
Familiarity with ProfitKey software is highly desirable
