Safely unpack and sort returned products by product lines.
Investigate returned products to resolve customer complaints related to blood glucose meters, strips, and sensors.
Document complaint investigations accurately in the Complaint Handling System.
Utilize troubleshooting equipment such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes, test fixtures, and microscopes to conduct investigations.
Follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Perform repetitive and routine investigations with a high level of focus.
Ensure accurate data entry of investigation results.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or a related science preferred.
Recent college graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field may be considered, but a Bachelor's degree is not ideal for this entry-level position.
Basic computer skills, including internet navigation and basic Excel.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehending English.
Preferred experience in the Medical Device or Biotech industry.
Knowledge of electronic troubleshooting is a plus.
Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
Ability to follow written instructions and SOPs accurately.
Experience in manufacturing, inspection, or assembly is beneficial.
