Adams & Martin Group is working with a corporate client specializing in real estate and project management within the telecommunication industry based in the La Jolla area. They are seeking an individual to add to their team to handle lease processing for their property portfolio.
While the company high prefers those who have worked with leasing documentation (whether with a real estate company, or in house legal department), they are also encouraging newly graduated individuals with high level to detail and office experience to apply.

Duties include:
- preparing various leasing documents and agreements, paying close attention to property, party and term details.
- compiling packages and binders with all necessary documents for execution
- communicating with all parties including project teams, sales specialists, property owners and clients
Requirements:
- previous office experience
- Bachelor's degree
- high level of attention to detail
- high level of tech savviness and ability to learn proprietary software
- strong communication and prioritization skills
- ability to work on site in San Diego/La Jolla
