Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior executives and other team members, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and prompt responses.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring all details are meticulously planned and executed.
  • Document Management: Oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of critical documents and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Special Projects: Take initiative on special projects and assignments as directed by senior executives. This may include research, analysis, and coordination of key initiatives.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in office management.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-growing company.
