Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Outlook calendars, emails, and contacts.
Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and financial reporting.
Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and QuickBooks
Previous experience in an office administration role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required.
