Are you an experienced Superintendent with a passion for ground-up retail projects? Hays is seeking a dedicated Superintendent to lead our clients' exciting $20M retail project in Charlotte, NC.
Your new role
Oversee all aspects of the construction project, from start to finish.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders.
Monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
Tilt-wall construction expertise.
Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
