Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fixed Income Sales Vice President to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fixed income sales, with proven leadership skills and a track record of driving revenue growth. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of fixed income sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of fixed income sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market share in the fixed income space.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, understanding their investment needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including trading, research, and product development teams, to deliver best-in-class service to clients.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes affecting the fixed income market, and provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, demonstrating expertise and thought leadership in the fixed income space.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fixed income sales, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of fixed income products, markets, and industry dynamics.
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses required; additional licenses (e.g., Series 24) preferred.
