A Frisco based financial institution that is growing quickly is seeking a Capital Manager to continue expanding their capital management team, meeting growth initiatives in their anticipated growth to $100B AUM. The candidate will be responsible for the bank's Capital Management Forecasting Plan and Regulatory Stress testing.
Location: Frisco, TX (2 days/week)
Salary: Base up to $190K + bonus

Responsibilities:
Oversee the regulatory documentation process
Subject Expert on Bank Capital rules and requirements
Ability to run and review the banks' Capital Forecasting model
Create, analyze, and author timely reports for the bank's senior management
Oversee all audits and controls for the department
Present analysis to senior management
Requirements:
Must have 5+ years of bank balance sheet experience; capital forecasting, regulatory reporting (Reg Y-9C), Stress Testing, and deep knowledge of bank capital regulations
Must have experience working in a collegial team and mentoring junior analysts
Must have demonstrated experience with PowerPoint, Excel, S&P Global Markets Intelligence, Workiva
Must have strong writing and communication skills
Bank accounting expertise (preferred)
This role plays a major role in managing the bank's capital
This is NOT a people management role
