Position Overview: The CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of the company. This individual will be responsible for leading their corporate finance functions, preparing for capital raises, managing accounting and revenue cycles, and ensuring robust financial health and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medtech, telehealth, or physician practice roll-ups, and possess excellent technical skills in corporate finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and business objectives.
Collaborate with the executive team to drive business performance and strategic planning.
Lead the preparation and presentation for equity raises and other financing activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, capital partners, and stakeholders.
Ensure accurate and compelling financial presentations and reports for potential investors.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis and performance metrics.
Optimize revenue cycle management to enhance cash flow and financial efficiency.
Implement robust accounting systems and processes to support the company's operations.
Identify and manage financial risks to ensure the company's long-term financial stability.
Oversee compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Overseen $100M+ in revenue through medical insurance payers ***
Previous CFO experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within medtech, telehealth, or related industries.
Proven track record in capital raising, investor relations, and financial strategy.
Revenue cycle management ***
Strong technical skills in corporate finance, accounting, and revenue cycle management.
Experience with physician practice roll-ups or remote patient monitoring is highly desirable.
