We are seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager with a strong background in learning and development to oversee complex, cross-functional technical projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals, with a focus on integrating learning and development initiatives into our technical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements, particularly those related to learning and development.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and risk management strategies.
Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or roadblocks promptly.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members to ensure alignment and understanding.
Implement and maintain best practices for project management and agile methodologies.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools.
Integrate learning and development initiatives into project planning and execution.
Collaborate with HR and training departments to align technical projects with organizational learning and development goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar role.
Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex technical projects.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Must have hands-on experience with learning and development, including the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs.
Must have Qualifications:
Experience in integrating learning and development initiatives within technical projects.
7+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar role.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
