We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Engineer to play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our AI-powered platform. You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure AI-powered solutions that assist doctors in navigating and utilizing EHR systems more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other engineers to implement new features and enhancements in our web applications, focusing on delivering an exceptional user experience.
Take end-to-end ownership: Lead large software projects from planning through to coding, testing, and deployment using modern web technologies such as TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
Maintain and enhance EHR integration: Ensure seamless interoperability with various healthcare systems by maintaining and enhancing frontend components related to EHR integration capabilities.
Improve internal tools and dashboards: Drive enhancements to internal tools and dashboards to meet evolving team needs and support efficient operations.
Champion software development best practices: Promote best practices including code reviews, testing, and maintainability to ensure high-quality and resilient software.
Day to Day Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop frontend components and features using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
Participate in design and code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality.
Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and reliability.
Deploy applications and monitor their performance in production environments.
Communicate project status and collaborate effectively with team members using agile methodologies.
Preferred Experience and Attributes
Demonstrated history of impactful software projects: Strong portfolio showcasing front-end skills and successful project delivery.

Commitment to high-quality work: Attention to detail and dedication to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Technical proficiency: 5+ years of software development experience with proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React. Willingness to learn new technologies as required.
Additional expertise: Familiarity with Next.js, Redux, and Lexical is desirable. Experience in React Native for mobile development is a plus.
Methodologies and tools: Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (Git).
