Elicit/document requirements/user stories/Epics, attend project meetings, create process maps as needed, engage with cross commits/vendors to ensure timely completion of project deliverables, create test plans, create and execute test cases, be involved with PIV (Production Implementation Validation), etc.
What program/technology/software knowledge is essential for this role?
JIRA, Confluence, MS Suite, BPMN - these will be used daily
Must-have Skills/Experiences:
Loan Origination and Servicing of loans, financial industry, banking industry
