Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Workday HRIS Manager to join our HR team in Raleigh, NC. The Workday HRIS Manager will be responsible for overseeing the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Workday Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and systems, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday HRIS, providing guidance and support to HR and IT teams.
  • Manage the Workday (HCM) technology roadmap
  • Lead the implementation and integration of Workday modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • Configure Workday to support HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, compensation, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to identify opportunities for system improvements and efficiencies.
  • Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, including system procedures, guidelines, and training materials.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the primary liaison with Workday support and other third-party vendors.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff and end users on Workday functionality and updates.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR technology and Workday capabilities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in HRIS management, with a focus on Workday.
  • Workday HCM certification preferred.
  • Proven experience leading Workday implementations and upgrades.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
