Leading and managing a team of high-performing individual contributors and their ongoing talent development
Collaborating and coordinating with multiple internal business groups to ensure the successful delivery of service levels
Analyzing production operations and initiate corrective actions to ensure operational stability
Ensure operational procedures and practices are well-defined, documented, and consistently applied
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders
Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, provides prioritization, and guide remediation efforts
Support us in identifying risks and potential controls for mitigating those risks
Develop and implement IT procedures and best practices to optimize operational efficiency
Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications, to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Manage and prioritize IT service requests, incidents, and problems using ITIL tools and methodologies
Ensure information systems maintain an acceptable risk level in accordance with industry standards
Identify issues, obstacles, and options that may be required to ensure successful implementation of the project
Work with team members, vendors, staff and management to mitigate project risk
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Information Technology Management
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to develop and guide information security team members and IT operations personnel, and work with minimal supervision
Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and manage escalations
