Responsibilities:
- Updating and managing the HR process and monitoring the overall performance of the HR department
- Applying agile methodologies and principles to bring in prioritization of projects/ programs
- Portfolio Management
- Project, Process, and Change
- Reporting and Analytics
Required:
- Expertise managing complex projects with multiple workstreams, involving significant change management
- Experience working in a project management office managing the function's portfolio along with projects and resourcing needs
- Experience developing a change management approach
- Experience working for a management consulting firm or in a similar capacity in an organization.
- Experience in process management, mapping, and optimization.
Desired
- PMP strongly preferred
- Experience working in a project management office.
- Workday reporting experience is a plus.
