Insight Global is looking for a Level 2 Application Support Specialist for a client in Mesa, AZ.
Level 2 Application Support Specialist
Location: Mesa, AZ 85201 - onsite Mondays & Thursdays + every 3rd week of the month
Duration: 6 month contract-to-hire
Pay Range: $35/hr - $48/hr (potential flexibility dependent on experience)
Must Haves:
2-3 years of experience in an application support role
Experience with Oracle PL/SQL or SQL scripting to pull information/troubleshoot
Experience with a ticketing system (preferably ServiceNow)
Experience working with customer internal and external requirements
Extensive SQL skills - creating/writing scripts
Data analysis skills: understanding of data relationships and schemas, ability to follow data through systems
Skilled in MS tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong communication skills - listening and note taking
Proactive and forward thinking approach
Self-motivated with confidence and ownership
Plusses:
Cloud experience
PowerBI experience
Day to Day:
Our client is looking for a Level 2 Application Support Specialist to support their internal teams. You will act as application support as well as production support for the engineering division. You will handle escalated tickets submitted via ServiceNow and will engage in triage. You will work in a highly collaborative environment and will serve as a liaison between both business and technical users to effectively convey and resolve issues. We are looking for an organized, self-motivated individual with a strong application support background and ability to dig deep into data to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
