Job Description:

Still looking for A&F focused D365 Admin - will consider a super user - so Senior D365 Financial Analyst, etc. an FA that is incredibly comfortable with D365 and wants to take a different direction.

Position Overview: The ERP Solutions Administrator collaborates in cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions that will optimize the utility of ERP systems and processes across the organization. This position will support our ERP system, as well as the connections to our ERP system used by various roles and departments. This role will have a focus on Finance/Accounting and Operational support.

Essential Job Functions:

- Works with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet those requirements.

- Develops and maintains a deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including its capabilities, limitations, and integration points.

- Leads and facilitates the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including the configuration of the platform, the development of customizations, and the integration of other systems.

- Collaborates with internal and external developers, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure that solutions are implemented in a way that is efficient, effective, and meets business needs.

- Oversee outside partners in development efforts for software enhancements, defect/issue corrections, and integration features in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

- Provides guidance and mentorship to other members of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 team, including developers, analysts, and administrators.

- Stays up to date with the latest trends and best practices in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem and applies that knowledge to the design and implementation of solutions.

- Coordinates and manages project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

- Provides support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. - Collaborate with various department leaders to understand and analyze existing processes and system inadequacies to drive efficiencies through system and process improvements. Specifically related to Microsoft Dynamics 365/ERP.

- Communicates complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Demonstrates Dynamics 365 functionality and processes to end users in an understandable manner.

- Converts requirements to functional specifications and functional design documents

- Configures and sets up Microsoft Dynamics 365/ERP application and completes testing in collaboration with stakeholders/subject matter experts.

- Documents technical design and architecture and provides knowledge transfer to other team members.

- Complies with all company policies and procedures and operates all equipment in a safe and food-safe manner.

- Complies with food safety policies and procedures including adherence to FDA regulations, Safe Quality Food (SQF) Standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

- Responsible for reporting food safety and quality concerns to Supervisors and/or Department Manager.

- Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.

- Skilled in using documentation and analysis to administer change management and support Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Education and Experience

- Experience with ERP implementation, design, and configuration

- 4 or more years of experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a manufacturing setting

- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, or related field; OR any combination of education and additional years of experience that provides the necessary skills, knowledge, and ability to perform assigned tasks.

- Basic knowledge of inventory, AR/AP, and manufacturing processes.

- Strong analytic skills to understand process and quantitative data improvement needs.

- Advanced technical skills to use software, hardware, and other tools.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP) certification preferred.

- General knowledge of the food industry is preferred. Physical Demands:

- Position requires the ability to sit for up to approximately two hours at a time. ? Occasionally may be required to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.

- The primary work environment for this position is within an office setting. There are no adverse conditions associated with this position.
