Job Description:

Failure Analysis Engineering Project Manager (Product Failure, Component Failure, Customer Failure)

• Lead efforts on project management for a Failure Analysis (FA) team.
• Managing engineering resources and prioritized FA activities to ensure timely support is provided for critical customer issues.
• Work with the Engineering Teams, Contract Manufacturers and Suppliers to develop containment and corrective actions for issues identified through failure analysis.
• Mechanical & nano mechanical testing (Nano Indentation, scratch, DMA)
• Thermal Analysis (DC, TGA, TMA, DMA, CTE, CHE, Rheology)
• Polymer Material Analysis. Chemistry (FTIR, NMR, Chromatography, Spectroscopy)
• Electrical FA (LIT, OBIRCH, EMMI)
• Collaborate with other Engineering and Software groups in developing improved Failure Analysis tools and enhanced software trace capabilities to increase efficiency and improve FA turn-around time.
• Proven strong technical skills in hardware.
• Should have good experience in handling product failure, component failure, customer failure and manage the whole failure analysis activity on own.
