This newly created Process Automation Consultant role will play a pivotal role in providing high value automated solutions to our clients.
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Automation Consultant to lead the automation and delivery of client facing solutions. As a Process Automation Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing automation solutions to streamline business processes and increase efficiency. Your primary focus will be on identifying opportunities for automation, conducting process assessments, and developing automation strategies tailored to meet our client's needs. To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in process automation, workflow design, and experience with popular automation tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
- Conduct process assessments and analyze data to identify bottlenecks
- Design and implement efficient and effective automation solutions
- Develop and maintain project documentation and deliverables
- Provide training and support to end-users on automation tools and processes
- Monitor and optimize automation workflows to maximize productivity
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Process Automation Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of process automation concepts and methodologies
- Proficiency in using automation tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements simultaneously
