A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MY CLIENT:
The company I am representing is a stable software company with a product that works with a small niche in the manufacturing and services industry. They have about ~150 employees and a software team has about ~10 team members. Their HQ is in downtown Denver (near Union Station), and developers are expected to be in-office (on-site!) Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
They are a small company but owned by a huge firm, so they offer exceptional stability while still having a small company culture ... Work hard, play hard, family first.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:
** This is a CONTRACT role, with the goal to convert to full-time, direct hire in 3-6 months days. They are only hiring W2 contractors at this time, who are on-site in Denver, 3 days a week. No C2C. No external vendors.
Strong candidates will come with:
- 5+ years experience working on in Software Development
- 3+ years experience working in DevOps in a product / SaaS environment
- Knowledge and ability to use Terraform, ECS, & Jenkins
COMPENSATION
The hourly range for this position is $50/hr-$70/hr., with the expectation of 40/hours a week. The salary target once converted do direct-hire would be $110,000 - $160,000 per year. You would be paid on W2, directly through our staffing agency until you convert to a working directly for our client.
