- Experience managing the delivery of multiple projects concurrently that have moderate to high levels of business or technical complexity and risk, and that involve communication to multiple parties.
- Experience managing to project execution such as ensuring all participants are up to speed, timeline is accurate and clear, and that intent is communicated and agreed upon.
- Exposure interacting daily with 3rd party vendors, field support and cross functional business teams to ensure that the previously created program plans and schedules are completed.
- High attention to detail and proven track record of following existing processes without deviation.
- Organizational and communication skills
-Experience with Lucernex, Quick Base (Phoenix), Service Channel, and Sharepoint
Preffered Qualifications:
-Previous experience working in a retail or facilities environment.

Position Responsibilites
Working within the compliance department - Project Managers will assist these engineers by pulling POD reports via Lucernex. They will also be responsible for updating project tracking in QuickBase (Phoenix), as well as, recapping with Lead Engineers.
As apart of this annual compliance effort, Project Managers will assist in the scheduling of electricians and engineers reviews, coordinating all communication with stores, and oversee work orders created in service channel
