You offer:
Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
10+ years experience in Heavy Highway Construction; mass excavation, underground utilities, paving, structures, quality control, & safety among other things.
Experience in Civil or HHWAY Construction Project Engineering/Project Management of projects larger than $50M.
