Job Summary:
The Marketing Process Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and optimizing marketing processes. This role will involve working closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure efficient and effective campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have a background in advertisement, channel management, and campaign execution, with a strong understanding of content and marketing processes. A background in telecommunications is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Analysis and Optimization
- Analyze existing marketing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement optimized processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of new processes and make adjustments as needed.
- Content and Creative Production:
- Collaborate with creative teams to generate high-quality content using AI tools.
- Ensure consistency and alignment of content with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- AI-Powered Content Generation:
- Utilize AI tools and platforms to generate high-quality marketing copies, including advertisements, social media posts, email campaigns, and website content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to integrate AI-generated content seamlessly into broader marketing campaigns.
- Campaign Management:**
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of marketing processes and procedures.
- Prepare detailed reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and process improvements.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- **Collaboration and Communication:**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing strategies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate teams on new processes and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing process analysis, campaign management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of content creation, AI tools, and creative production.
- Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Background in telecommunications is a plus.
