Our client is a major international firm, seeking a mid-level pharmaceutical patent litigator for its Intellectual Property Practice Group in the firm's Washington, DC, Houston, Los Angeles, Boston, or Redwood City offices. The salary for this position starts at $260,000+.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in life science or pharmaceutical patent litigation, which includes Hatch Waxman litigation and disputes counseling.
An undergraduate degree in biology, chemistry or other pharmaceutical related degrees.
USPTO registration is preferred [or ability to qualify].
JD from accredited law school is required.
State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice [or ability to become admitted].
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong client-interfacing skills.
Ability to work well independently and within a team.
