Job Qualifications:
Experience - You have 7-10+ years of Commercial Lines Account Manager experience
License - You have your active Property & Casualty license
Educated - You have a college degree (required)
Software - You are proficient with AppliedEpic, Microsoft Office, Outlook, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position
Comprehensive knowledge - You have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with organizational skills.
Book of Business - You have experience with mid-to-large size commercial real estate, food & beverage, manufacturing and construction accounts
Your Responsibilities:
Requests for information and documentation
In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures
Ability to effectively assess risk
Ability to function in a team environment
Initial review of policies and preparation of coverage breakdowns
Responding to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and related matters
