Local manufacturing company seeking an experienced office admin to join their team. This person must have experience in a manufacturing environment completing tasks such as customer support, order processing, and data entry.
DEPARTMENT ASSISTANT
Answer phones
Communicate via phone and email with vendors, brokers and customers
Clerical support for various departments
Process documents
Assist all departments with various special projects
Filing
Ship samples to customers
Assist with trade shows - Admin support - no sales
