The Senior Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our senior executives, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, and maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
Coordinate and manage complex schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of senior executives.
Perform other administrative duties as required to support the executive team.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
