Position Overview: Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Plant Manager will lead and oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The Plant Manager is responsible for achieving strategic goals and ensuring the facility operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Coordinate onsite business operations to ensure seamless day-to-day activities.
Collaborate with centralized corporate teams to align plant operations with overall company objectives.
Manage operational costs to meet budgetary goals.
Provide training and support to operations employees to enhance performance and productivity.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Maintain strict adherence to all safety procedures and regulations.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of 12 employees.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
5+ years of relevant work experience.
Self-motivated, decisive, and capable of solving problems independently while working in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Willingness to undergo and pass a background check and drug screen.
Physical Demands:
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
Capability to bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and operate office machinery and motor vehicles.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Must be flexible to work outside of normal departmental operating hours.
