ABOUT THIS ROLE:
Responsible for performing loan servicing functions in an accurate and timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Board new loans and renewals onto core operating system.
Process loan participation payments and advances for both purchased and sold loans.
Post payments and advances received according to requirements.
Pay taxes and insurance for loans with escrow and perform annual escrow analysis.
Scan documents to imaging software and verify integrity.
Process paid loans including recording of releases.
Review daily, weekly and monthly maintenance reports.
Sort and update insurance ticklers, manage cancellation notices and scan to file.
Clearly and professionally communicate with Loan Officers, customers and other internal and external support partners.
Must complete tasks and perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision and with demonstrated initiative, accuracy and thoroughness.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Bachelor's Degree preferred or 3+ years of loan experience
