Pay Range: $100-$110K/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to evaluate potential investments, including properties with existing and speculative cash flow, as well as ground-up development and redevelopment projects.
Conduct detailed research and analysis of leases, proposals, and portfolios to inform investment decisions.
Utilize Yardi software for data entry and analysis, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data; audit financial models to validate assumptions and projections.
Prepare ad-hoc summaries and reports, including investment rationales, market summaries, and financial highlights.
Support the Chief Client Officer, Treasurer, & other executives in conducting portfolio-level financial analysis and performance reporting
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the real estate industry.
Experience with Yardi and Argus software is highly desirable
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced skills in Excel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
