Position Overview: As a Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of our construction company. Your expertise in accounting and financial management will contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the construction projects
Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for improvement
Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure accurate cost tracking and project profitability
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes
Prepare financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
