Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our top-tier marketing team. The Marketing Manager will be a proactive, hands-on marketing professional responsible for executing growth-driven marketing plans and campaigns within a targeted geographic area, in alignment with global strategies and campaign plans. This role is vital in ensuring the right marketing messages reach the right clients at the right time, driving lead generation, cross-selling, upselling, and enhancing brand awareness and loyalty.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:
  • Campaign Execution: Implement area marketing plans and targeted campaigns to boost brand awareness and generate leads, following global strategies and marketing plans.
  • Consistency and Compliance: Ensure marketing campaigns support a consistent brand look and feel, utilizing centrally developed/approved content and adhering to Brand & Communications team guidelines.
  • Optimization and Reporting: Deliver and continually optimize marketing campaigns, utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, and various marketing channels (website, social media, email, events, webinars, SEO, SEM, PR).
  • PR and Thought Leadership: Support the implementation of defined PR strategies to enhance brand awareness, thought leadership, and industry partnerships.
  • Client Segmentation: Utilize appropriate client value propositions and segmentation practices to maximize campaign engagement and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with other marketing, sales, and training team members, as well as external agencies, to ensure timely campaign delivery within budget.
  • Benchmarking and Feedback: Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to improve lead generation and market positioning.

Requirements of the Marketing Manager:
  • Education and Experience: Degree in marketing or related field with at least 4 years of B2B marketing experience. Experience in the Certification, Testing Inspection, and Compliance (TIC) or Professional Assurance Services sector is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to present material appropriately for different audiences. Proficiency in English and the local language.
  • Campaign Experience: Experience with transactional and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns in a B2B or professional services environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMRush, and other relevant marketing and sales systems.
  • Organizational Skills: Adaptable, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to problem-solving with good communication skills.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a regional and global team.
  • Personal Attributes: Results-oriented, proactive, flexible, enthusiastic, and a team player with a ?can do? attitude. Self-motivated, passionate, optimistic, resilient, and calm in various situations.
  • Analytical Skills: Experience analyzing campaign results, preparing reports, and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
