Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative / Reception at Palm Construction Group located in San Diego, CA. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide assistance in a professional and timely manner. They will reach out to vendors to onboard as well as perform work verification. The Customer Service Representative will also strive to enhance the overall customer and vendor experiences.

Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional customer service
