Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Midland, TX. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for daily office tasks, including answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and performing clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and data entry. The Administrative Assistant may assist with preparing reports, arranging travel, and supporting the Executive Administrator.
Language
Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English required.
Proficient in reading, writing and speaking Spanish considered an asset but not required.

Organizational skills

Administrative Assistance experience
Experience in an oil field setting is considered an asset but not required
Effective communication and phone etiquette
Demonstrated ability in clerical skills such as filing, faxing, and data entry
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Quickbooks Online and the ability to learn new systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
