Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Clinical Application Analyst with Epic certification in Prelude AND/OR Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience supporting Prelude and RTE in an IT hospital setting, with a strong background in production support, enhancement build, and project-based work. This role requires someone who can work independently with little to no oversight, and who excels in translating workflows into optimized designs, daily operations, and end-user support/training.
Qualifications:
Epic Certified in Prelude AND/OR RTE
Production support and enhancement build experience
Project-based experience
Strong customer service experience with the ability to communicate effectively with operational stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a high-stress environment
