At least 3 years experience as a Project Coordinator
Project Management experience
Experience supporting a system enhancement project
Strong Excel (vlookups/filters)
Organized/strong communication
Preferred
Experience training on system functionality, new features, etc.
Food service background (supply chain, F&B, hospitality)
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
PMP or project management certification

Our client is looking to bring a Project Coordinator contractor to help them fill some gaps in their team in Miami, FL. This client is an organization in the restaurant supply chain and support industry and you will be helping them support their clients. The company uses a variety of third party systems that they offer to restaurants in their portfolio and you will be providing communications and potentially educating the restaurants and their owners on the system and any new enhancements that are rolled out. Additionally, you will be coordinating with the third party software vendor throughout the lifecycle of the upcoming system enhancements.
