Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement technology strategies that align with CEEUS's business objectives.
  • Lead the team responsible for IT Infrastructure, Operations, and Security.
  • Lead the transition to supporting infrastructure and resources in cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Travel to IT I&O and Security conferences and actively network within those communities to track the latest trends and shape a vision of what CEEUS should be doing next.
  • Travel and network with our customers and suppliers to explore how we can leverage technology for mutual benefit.

2. Team Management:
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Oversee the professional development and performance of technology team members.

3. IT Infrastructure and Operations:
  • Develop and continuously improve our infrastructure architecture, including servers, networks, data centers, and cloud resources.
  • Oversee operations of IT infrastructure, ensuring efficient performance, regular maintenance, prompt troubleshooting, and site reliability engineering.

4. Information and Physical Security:
  • Develop and enforce security policies and protocols to protect IT assets.
  • Develop security operations standards around monitoring, threat detection, and incident response activities.
  • Manage Identity & Access to ensure secure and efficient access to IT resources.
  • Manage the facility access control and visitor management system, as well as the security camera and video management system.
  • Support the risk management committee and collaborate with representatives from various departments to identify and mitigate risks.

5. Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Business Data & Applications and the Director of Business Transformation & Continuous Improvement to ensure cohesive technology integration across the organization.
  • Collaborate within industry associations to share mutually beneficial knowledge.

6. Vendor and Budget Management:
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
  • Oversee the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and investments.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related Technical coursework
  • 10+ years of IT Infrastructure, operations, and information security experience
  • Team leadership and management experience
  • ITIL Foundations (or certification within first 12 months of hire)
