Akkodis is seeking a Senior Mainframe Developer for a Direct Hire (FTE) position, and this is an Onsite role in Omaha, NE. Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in Cobol, Mainframe, JCL, and SQL.
Salary Range: $100K-$135K per annum. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Job Description
Senior Level- 5+ years' experience in full lifecycle system analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise business solutions using Assembler, Cobol, and SQL.
Top 3-5 Technical Skills
Job Requirements
Experience must include analysis, design, and code for an entire project.
Ability to determine and correct errors in existing programs.
May be on call to correct nightly production programs.
For mainframe work, experience with JCL, IBM utilities, common MVS file structures, and rational data structures.
This role will design, develop, test, and maintain software in accordance with adopted standards for integration into larger subsystems.
